2001–2011
THE MUSICIAN
After winning the Grand Prize in the Rock Solo category at the 2001 Mnet Music Festival, he debuted with THE CROSS in 2003 and sang "Don't Cry." He formed Rockband Cross in 2005 and released two solo albums.

2012–2014
THE TURNING POINT
A traffic accident in 2012 brought his work to a stop. He has told the story of this time in his own words on television.

ON STAGE AGAIN
"Immortal Songs," the national anthem at the PyeongChang 2018 Winter Paralympics opening ceremony, "Sugar Man 3" and "Morning Forum," along with stages and talks at companies, universities and institutions across Korea.

THE VOICE CONTINUES
The 20th anniversary project "Don't Cry (2023)," "Poem of the Wind" and "To Reach You"; JTBC "Re:Alive"; the Busan International Rock Festival; and "Interlude of Farewell" in 2025.
